Talent Preview
See your talent pool as you type, before you hit search.
Talent Preview is now live in Pin.
Start describing the role you're hiring for and Pin shows you talent in the market in real time, before you hit search. As you type, you'll see:
- Roughly how many candidates match your criteria
- Salary range, from the bottom 25% to the top 10%
- Company sizes they're at today
- Years of experience most of them have
- Relevant skills
- Where they're currently based
Change your criteria and everything else updates. So if "8+ years in the San Francisco Bay Area only" limits your talent pool, you'll know immediately and can expand it right then, instead of finding out a week into the search.
It's especially useful on a call with a hiring manager. Share your screen, adjust the criteria together, and decide what's realistic while you're both looking at the numbers.
Open a new job position and start typing. That's it.
